DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you will answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. You will also provide customer service to visitors, ensuring they are escorted to the correct area and coordinating their arrival with the relevant staff. Additionally, you will handle tasks such as opening and closing the front doors, managing the mailroom, and assisting other clerical assistants with their duties. In addition, you will enter data into the legal agreement transmittal system (LATS) with accuracy.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions. How to Apply:
