WHO ARE WE?

F&M Trust, a community bank deeply rooted in South Central Pennsylvania, is expanding its financial footprint into Dauphin County. The bank, headquartered in Chambersburg, is adding a community office in Harrisburg to its 22 community offices. This position in the bank's newest community office presents an exciting opportunity as it will be integral in establishing F&M Trust's branch presence in Dauphin County and ensuring the continued growth of the bank.

ABOUT THE ROLE

F&M Trust is looking to hire an Assistant Community Office Manager (Assistant Branch Manager) for a new office located at 4765 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA, and is projected to open later this year following the construction of the new facility. This individual will report directly to the Community Office Manager and will be responsible for the daily operations of the office, which includes leading the internal sales activities, promoting exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational standards are upheld. To lead the charge in sales activities, this individual will exemplify a holistic relationship management approach by opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, taking consumer loan applications, referring customers for other bank products and services, promoting team sales success within the office, and more. This individual will provide leadership to a Lead Financial Services Representative and two (2) Financial Services Representatives.

This Assistant Community Office Manager will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience and a desire to excel in and promote a sales and service culture
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous banking experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Outgoing personality
  • Team-oriented
