Acclaim Technical Services Subcontracts / Contracts Administrator (2025-0023) in Hanover, Virginia

ATS is actively hiring a Subcontracts / Contracts Administrator. This role is primarily responsible for subcontract and procurement services that will support ATS’s business effort, with secondary focus on prime contracts. The role will support or manage the entire life cycle of subcontracts, including working with customers and suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions, and subcontract administration. Work location is on site in either Reston, VA, OR Hanover, MD, with the option to work remote once proficient with team/processes.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare, review, and negotiate standard contract agreements and documents, to include teaming, non-disclosure agreements, subcontracts, Purchase Orders, and other vendor agreements.
•Initiate documents to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual requirements
•Generate and negotiate change orders and modifications to NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Professional Services Agreements and Subcontract Agreements to subcontractors and vendors. Resolve issues with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership as needed
•Prepare and disseminate information throughout the company regarding subcontract status, funding, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination
•Conduct proper due diligence for all procurement requests, including but not limited to vetting potential vendors and subcontractors, and conducting appropriate cost and price analysis in accordance with established compliance standards prior to issuance of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.
•Maintain approved vendor list through verification that vendors are not excluded in SAM.gov.
•Support company proposal efforts as necessary
•Maintain and follow procurement policies and procedures
•Ensure all procurement files are compliant with Prime Contract requirements as required
•Support prime contract activities, process modifications, issue contract briefs.
•Maintain all documents, reviews, contract awards, and subcontracts in an organized, detailed, and centralized filing system
•Uphold open lines of communication with division leaders, program managers, finance, leadership, and customers as required
•Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
•Five years of experience in subcontracts/contracts administration is required
•Experience conducting basic negotiations.
•Knowledge of FAR/ DFAR, and Agency supplements preferred
•Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
•Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers.
•Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents- Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
•Make decisions using sound judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
•Ability to prioritize
•Excellent organizational and follow through skills.
•Detail oriented
•FFP/LOE & T&M Contract experience.
Strongly prefer candidates with current TS/SCI w/ Poly

The proposed salary range for this position is $85,500 to $109,250
