Manpower is currently assisting a local Hanover, PA manufacturer, in their search for a bilingual HR Generalist. This position is contracted for 8 months with potential to extend or get hired on.
Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: Up to $30 an hour
What’s the Job?
full cycle recruiting
workplace investigations
provide guidance to HR team, supervisors and co-workers
manage all aspects of semi-monthly payroll and be a back up for hourly payroll processing
Make recommendations in the areas of hiring, discipline, and termination. Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment.
What’s Needed?
Process orientated, able to move from manual to electronic system
Bilingual (Spanish)
Computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications, UKG Dimensions or Workday experience preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills with all levels of the plant, organization, outside vendors, contractors and customers.
BS Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other closely related field.
Three to Five plus years supervisory or Human Resource experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
