We are looking for you to support our area "Group Information Technology / HR IT". The position can be staffed at one of the following locations: Hannover, Schwalbach or Regensburg.

As an "SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/divers)" you will act as an HR IT Consultant, be accountable for the rollout, implementation and support to Continental AG Companies for the HR Technologies within the responsibility of Global HR IT organization.

Your key function area includes global SAP applications with all main focus on global employee master data and the employee lifecycle process. Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

  • Design and implementation of global SAP HCM concepts as HCM consultant, in particular the rollout of global master data concepts.

  • Development of technical concepts and their implementation for our SAP HCM customers.

  • Project management and consulting for SAP HCM projects, like carve-ins, carve-outs and/or data migration in the area of Global HR.

  • Optimization of the HR IT system landscape, which includes both on-premise and cloud solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors)

  • Incident and change management on the Global HR system including SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Academic degree in Computer Sciences, IT or comparable

  • Experience in HR-IT system landscape (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) and processes as well as their operational handling

  • Experience in the use of agile working methods

  • Experience of working in virtual teams and in international and intercultural context

  • Fluent in German and/or English in writing and speaking

  • Openness, high flexibility, proactive, independent and structured way of working

  • Good (self) organizational skills

  • Independent, structured and result-oriented work method

  • Good communication skills, ability to find workable solutions for all stakeholders
