As a Central Key User PP (m/f/diverse), you are in charge of the SAP PP module inside our SAP ERP systems with focus on our entities producing textiles, molds, and machines for usage in the area of tire production. The PP solutions involve “made-to-order” and “made-to-stock” processes.
As a Central Key User, you are the interface between the Business teams (m/f/diverse), Product Owners (m/f/diverse), Local Key Users (m/f/diverse) and IT colleagues (m/f/diverse). In your job you will be responsible for:
Conceptual design, development and documentation of business processes related to the SAP PP applications
Leading Change Management / Process Improvements which involves collection and understanding of business requirements from internal stakeholders, prioritization incl. backlog monitoring, preparation of detailed concepts, hand-over to IT for feasibility check and implementation, preparation of tests together with business teams and local key users
Supporting and steering Incident Management, i.e. Second Level Support to the Local Key User Organization with the target to resolve user issues and requests by coordinating solutions with IT
Support B.RIGHT Audit Response Project
Transitions of current custom-made and standard PP solutions from SAP ECC to S/4HANA environment as Sub-Project Lead in our worldwide S/4HANA Project GRIP4T which involves
definition of standard processes and system functionalities
creation of process and system documentation
execution of Local Key User trainings and preparation of End User trainings (Train-the-Trainer concept)
preparation, coordination, execution of Business Acceptance Tests involving Local Key and End Users including follow-up on testing results
coordination and communication within project team, aligning on common topics
Observation of usage levels, and further support the usage of associated systems
Academic degree in industrial engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business intelligence or similar
Passion for state-of-the-art technology, compromising of hardware, software and systems
Sensitivity for the integration of systems in a complex manufacturing system environment
Strong process-orientated thinking, with the ability to support others in the same
Strong networking and communication skills in an international environment in English language
SAP PP expertise including knowledge about “made-to-order” and “made-to-stock” manufacturing solutions
Understanding of tire manufacturing processes and related data structures
Work experience - particularly in production planning and tire manufacturing would be of advantage
Willingness to travel international 30 %
