Primary Responsibilities:

· Responsible for effectively managing all equipment and facility maintenance activities at the plant

· Responsible for implementation of programs to improve machine uptime and facility reliability

· Coordinate contractors for equipment maintenance

·Interface with internal resources, suppliers, and customers to assure requirements are met on time while meeting customer and business expectations

· Maintain EHS compliance relative to maintenance and project activities

· Establish resource allocating and team development framework stick to the developing plan of plant

· Establish, maintain and audit routines, for all maintenance aspects of the facility, within a quality framework accredit able to internationally recognized standards

· Provide expert technical guidance on engineering standards and repair techniques to minimize production losses

· Recruit, train, develop and motivate a team of reliable and qualified personnel to maintain the equipment

· Control the selection, contract placement, ongoing audit and process track of all contractors on site

Qualifications Required:

·College degree above

·At least 10 years of experience in maintenance, reliability or project engineering

Desired

· Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred

· Familiar with project preparation and execution mechanics

· Familiar with budget preparation and cost control

· Familiar with TPM and some other lean tools relevant to maintenance

· Ability to perform both long and short-term planning

· Ability to work with and gain respect of supervisors and peers

· Ability to coordinate efforts of various functions towards achievement of a common goal

· Strong analytical skills

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Strong leadership skills
