Job Title: Plant Operations Supervisor
Job Description
As a Plant Operations Supervisor, your role will be to direct, coordinate, and oversee the operations of the production process to ensure quality. You'll be tasked with managing and scheduling staff, which includes work assignments/rotations, employee training, PTO vacation, overtime assignment, and providing back-up for absent employees. Your duties will also involve developing, writing, and updating documentation related to work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other pertinent documentation related to the production department. You'll be recommending capital improvements and other process improvements as needed, and developing corrective and preventative actions. You'll also be working closely with the Plant Manager to address any production related issues at the facilities.

This is a fully on-site position in Hammond, Louisiana.
