Pacific Security Account Supervisor - Security Guard in Hamilton, Washington

Full-Time

Must Be Able to Travel to Hamilton Daily

Days - 12-hour Shifts

$20 Hourly!

Pacific Security is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time Account Supervisor. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in mentoring a team of security officers, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and providing emergency responses. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations, possess strong organizational and leadership skills, and have a background in supervisory and security roles.

Essential Job Duties:

· Conduct on-site security officer inspections to ensure post order compliance

· Train new guards on site expectations and layout

· Provide instruction for site changes and updates

· Oversee day-to-day operations of a small team of security officers

· Serve as a subject matter expert for the site

· Communicate effectively with client contacts

· Write incident reports and administer corrective action when necessary

· Navigate timekeeping and operations computer applications

· Handle call-offs and scheduling issues as they arise

· Develop non-scripted solutions to issues and make decisions with minimal oversight

· Perform security officer duties and emergency response

· Anticipate and promptly communicate any challenges or concerns to the Operations Manager and the client as required.

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • 18+ years of age and legally entitled to work in the U.S.
  • Dependable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per day
  • Work history that demonstrates committed employment
  • Professional customer service history
