Your Responsibilities
Join our team as Manager Port Cost Analytics and Operations, where you'll streamline processes, optimize port costs and enhance transparency!
Analyze port costs, port services and processes, identify saving potential and initiate the necessary measures for its achievement
Support the port cost budget planning process
Coordinate and conduct purchasing activities and contract negotiation with third party vendors and initiate the necessary measures for its achievement
Create and present reports and analysis to communicate to all relevant stakeholders and contribute to an efficient itinerary & port planning process
Support the berth reservation process for AIDA and Costa vessels in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent in Business, Business Administration and/or Purchasing & Logistic Management
At least 1,5 years of professional experience in the area of business administration, shipping or logistics, preferable in a cruise shipping company
Previous professional experience in finance, controlling or any related field. Experience in developing financial reports and presentations is mandatory
Junior leadership experience as well as excellent negotiation skills
Result driven personality with a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges and driving results, having excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Very good English (English is our company’s official language)
Proficient computer skills (having excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint, previous experience in use of MXP is a plus)
