If you are a Software Engineer who takes pride in what you deliver and passionate about building highly scalable applications, we have a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a front end development engineer who can help us build a new application or modernize existing applications. You will serve as an individual contributor and help us to meet requirements with clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to translate design concepts and user stories into interactive and responsive web applications using React

  • Developing new user-facing features and components, leveraging React's component-based architecture, and ensuring optimal rendering performance

  • Optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability, while ensuring a smooth and delightful user experience across various devices and browsers

  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future

  • Troubleshooting, debugging & optimizing code to enable maximum performance across devices and browsers

  • Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.

  • Conducting and participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope

  • Monitor application health and performance as part of DevSecOps

  • Create innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business and to improve the overall health and reliability of the applications

  • Define coding standards and best practices

  • Coach and mentor other developers in the team

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering

  • 4+ years of experience developing applications in React including component design and state management for specific use cases

  • 2+ years of experience with Java, design and implementation of RESTful services and building microservices using Spring boot

  • 2+ years of Agile delivery experience, with excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile development environment

  • 2+ years of experience development/ maintaining CI/CD pipelines

  • 2+ years of experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases

  • 2+ years of cloud experience preferrable Azure

  • Solid experience in React.js as well as experience in React.js workflows (Flux/Redux)

  • Hands-on experience in understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating them into React applications

  • Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX, and knowledge of React Hooks implementation

  • Proficient in React.js and its core principles, and have a solid understanding of related web technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

  • Familiar with front-end build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, or Parcel

  • Familiar with performance management and tuning using

  • Proven solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodology

  • Experience in implementing Responsive design

  • Experience in web and mobile development using Adobe experience manager

  • Experience in Mobile Development

  • Experience in Docker, Azure, Jenkins, Grafana, Splunk

  • Experience working in a DevOps model

  • Healthcare industry experience

  • Proven solid communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
