Job Title: Manager, Global Product Management

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned product manager within the Operational Insights Program Global Product Management team. This person will be part of a team of talented product professionals working closely with key stakeholders to ensure product strategy, roadmap and vision are aligned with the go-to-market strategy and product business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Write business requirements and product related documentation.

• Prioritize development efforts as they align against business strategy.

• The overall purpose of role is to liaise with stakeholders to ensure each touchpoint across the customer journey is appealing, efficient and effective.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in identifying, resolving and managing key product questions.

• Manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure we define optimal solutions and scope the underlying detail that the product must follow to be successful in the market.

• Lead by example with a hands-on approach to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices.

• Drive meetings, product demos and give presentations to internal and external stakeholders at senior level.

• Use the ability to locate and use relevant data to support performance measurement, tracking, and product insights.

• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to garner feedback and, track voice of the customers to improve the product and achieve business goals.

• Strong communication & influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, with ability to clearly articulate problem statements and opportunity areas.

• Good understanding of the Mastercard products & services

Education & Experience:

• Agile product management experience in analytical products and business intelligence solutions, payments, e-commerce, digital or financial services.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant experience
