Key Responsibilities
Description of duties & activities

New Product Qualification –
NBO’s Of AC ,Integrated solutions , Refrigeration , Heat Pump & Flow For North, West & East India
Share technical documentation required by customer
Discussion of test plan & samples
Coordinate with sales for samples & delivery
Coordinate with Customer for sample evaluation / qualification
Address pilot production & post field testing issues

Handling Customer Issues, Coordination between Plant / Quality & Customer to share inputs / Resolve Line / Field Issues
Updation of customer issues in oracle service portal
Discussion / visit to customer to understand the issue
Share inputs to customer for resolution after talking to plant / engineering
If needed arrange compressor for tear down & share findings
Coordinate with plan / engineering / customer to plan action for resolution
Coordinate with plant if any mfg related issues reported & arrange for CAPA

Training To Customers On Compressor Applications
Prepare a training calendar & identify target customers
Address customer training request & understand the need
Prepare the training material & deliver the training

Cold Chain Design Support Based on Sales team / Customer Input
Get inputs from Sales / Team / Customer for heat load calculations
Calculate the heat load based on input received on application & share report
Selection of system components like condensing unit / expansion valve etc

Hand Hold Junior Team Members & develop Their Technical Capabilities
Guidance to junior team members on technical issues, handling customers, coordination with plant
Preparation of annual AE plan for NPD, Training etc
Education and Professional Qualifications:
B.E. Mechanical , M Tech Thermal Would Be Preferred. With Exposure To HVAC electronics
Requirements and Attributes:
Should Be From Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Indistry
Should Have hands On experience In HVAC System Testing Or Service
Person With System Engineering , Testing , Service & Technical Support Activity background
Good Communication Skills Sets – Written / Oral
Leader Ship Skill sets – Mentoring , team Working
