Abbott Enterprise Account Supervisor in Guangzhou, China
Key Responsibility 主要 职责 :
Responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts in order to achieve sales target and profitable results in sales territory.
Build up Sales effective Program in sales territory, key account profiles within the broader country sales plan, monitors sales performance.
leads in major negotiations and negotiate customer contracts with key clients in sales territory in accordance with overall company sales strategy.
Build and develop a long-term business relationship with Top KOL in sales territory.
Leverage the sales& marketing activities for the Key account assuring that sales targets are achieved and exceeded, the sales & marketing pipeline is effectively managed, and sales activities are effectively coordinated with marketing initiatives.
Investigates & develop new business opportunities, establish & maintain contact with key hospital executives, decision makers and medical staff to ensure that the Company is fulfilling their expectations & to become aware of emerging growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills 职位要求 :
Above Bachelor Degree, major in Health/Biology/Pharmaceutical will be preferred.
At least 5 years sales, marketing experience and 3 years medical device(IVD) management experience with multinational company.(including sales/market in customer management background is preferred)
Key account management skill
Good in Mandarin and English
Good planning skills, communication skills and presentation skills
