  • 支持并维护Nike陈列造型策略和服务标准。

  • 领导、驱动并执行陈列计划,在决策范围内达成品牌展示标准,包括:基于零售日历的计划,季节发布和月流量变化,月度关键模块/关键故事,会员和NRG,门店,支持市场活动

  • 与营销运营部/零售品牌/品牌设计/店铺设计/采购/陈列团队合作,呈现生动的故事叙述。

  • 与Nike陈列团队共同成长

  • 与采购团队密切合作,深入了解产品组合

  • 深入了解产品季节性和市场需求,自主推动优质的陈列展示

  • 与门店团队共同审查并理解:每周任务;视觉关注/需求/机会点;具备商业敏感度,快速响应业务需求和消费者心态

  • 协助产品陈列经理进行视觉陈列的季节规划

  • 理解在全球视角、会议、门店拜访和电话会议中所展示的品牌战略,以确保店铺的整体应用。

  • 在活动安装和调度中协调跨部门沟通

  • 灵活地适应变化,并在遇到意外情况时快速提出解决方案

  • 在自己和跨部门的团队中建立开放的沟通模式

  • 与大中华区总部、卖场和区域上级合作,提供产品陈列反馈

  • 每周向产品陈列经理提供陈列反馈

  • 确保团队接受入职培训并被授权,以达成期望绩效并坚持店铺陈列原则

  • 沟通陈列达成期望,包括:

  • /需求/机会点

  • Champion and uphold Nike Service standards everyday.

  • Lead, drive and execute the planning and delivery of all product presentation in your dedicated area to meet standards for the brand presentation.

  • Manage the planning and execution of initiative sets.

  • Partner with and provide feedback on the business and functions to head coach of product presentation.

  • Adapt to and grow with Nike’s product presentation needs as they evolve.

  • Support the delivery of brand initiatives and marketplace events.

  • Support HC of product presentation in seasonal planning

  • Know and understand the brand strategy presented in Product Presentation directives, store visits and conference calls to ensure holistic application throughout the store.

  • Model an open door communication policy throughout the store.

  • Ensure that the store team is onboarded, trained and empowered to meet the expectations of and uphold product presentation and merchandising principles.

  • Establish communication expectations for Product Presentation, inclusive of the following:

  • Visual concerns/needs/opportunities with functional team in store

  • Operation excellence in terms of vendors, fixture BOH management, product operation

  • Share consumer insights to validate future needs of the business

  • Weekly recap to HC of product presentation

  • Partner with GCHQ, Field and Territory Leaders to provide feedback on Product Presentation.

  • Partnership with store operation to ensure product presentation meeting the business needs.
