Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design of the annual learning & development plan.

  2. Design and implement talent development programs that are aligned with the organization's strategy.

  3. Design and implement training courses, presentations, and other materials

  4. Coordinate and facilitate leadership development programs, activities, and events.

  5. Manage training programs and initiatives, regularly reviews, evaluates, modifies, and recommends appropriate changes to existing training programs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree and above, major in Human Resources, psychology, management, etc.

  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or Organization Development, MNC company is preferred.

  3. Advanced communication skills in English, including at senior levels.

  4. Project management experience is strongly preferred, particularly in the design, implementation, and sustainment of learning and performance initiatives/processes.

  5. Proven experience in the delivery of training with excellent presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills is essential.

  6. Experience in international training management, organization, and logistics.

  7. Excellent PowerPoint skills.
