Job Summary

Create high-impact strategies that guarantee the monitoring and functionality of the General Services area (Cafeteria, Transportation, Common Areas, Offices, Visitors, Drivers). Develop and implement policies, procedures guidelines that promote organizational culture and engagement.

Leads the resolution of complex problems, works independently in critical situations, and coordinates functional teams or projects. "It requires specialized knowledge in its field to design strategic plans at the plant level, strengthening the organizational culture through communication, recognition and social responsibility tools.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Ensure the functioning of administrative processes through the implementation of effective strategies.

• Implementation of General Services Policies, Procedures, Guidelines.

• Analyzes the information on the results obtained from the listening mechanisms and develops action plans that guarantee the satisfaction of collaborators.

• Develop innovative projects for general service areas.

• Develops and presents metrics to Management and HR of the results of the processes under their responsibility.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

• English: Professional/Conversational
