We are looking talents for our Consumer Health business for the position of

Sales Health Account Coordinator - Pharmaceutical

Managerial full-time position

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Guadalajara

Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: 1 to 3 years of substantial professional experience as an Account Executive, Working in sales in pharma, beauty or medicines distribution.

As a P&G Sales Health Account you’ll need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and very confident drawing insights from data. You should have the capability to lead change, develop people and organizations, and tackle sophisticated problems by thinking critically. While we invest heavily in improving these skills in you, it helps to show that you already have the skills.

About the role and Main responsibilities:

  • Improve revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of negotiation with customers, traditional, modern channel, distributors or retailers.

  • Locate, evaluates and recruits potential channel partners and customers.

  • Focus on customers throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions and recovery portfolio to achieve revenue targets.

  • Focus on negotiation with external customers to achieve the sales target and prioritize the customer needs on allotments disposal for PHC products.

  • Filters, prioritizes, analyzes and validates dynamic material from a diverse range of external and internal sources to respond to operational challenges.

  • Applies understanding of how different areas jointly contribute to achieving objectives within the sub-function, supported by good industry knowledge to achieve objectives.

  • Resolves problems of complexity by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of knowledge and acquired technical experience and the analysis of information.

  • Impacts the level of service and multiple teams within an area to meet quality, volume and timeliness objectives which affects the performance of the entire area.

  • Ensure that local accounts align with the Global account strategy.

Job Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in Guadalajara

  • 1 to 3 years of substantial professional experience as an Account Executive, Working in sales in pharma, beauty or medicines distribution.

  • Experience in different channels (wholesalers, modern & traditional channel).

  • Previous experience managing budget.

  • Knowledge in sales techniques, negotiation, and effective presentation management.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation / attitude

  • Graduated from any bachelor’s degree. (Economics or Administrative preferable).

  • Strong Leadership Skills, you will lead in the envisioning of the future of your business, to engage / enable / energize your team and implement plans with excellence.

  • Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
