The Job Center Operations Lead is an essential part of the team in our Job Center. This role will provide operational support to all employer focused activities, coordinate outreach and social media efforts, and assist with the overall strategic direction. Strong project management and relationship management skills are essential. Job Description Assist management in addressing the administrative needs and provide supervision of the day-to-day operations of the project Assist with building and maintaining relationships with community partners Assist with development of social media content and print materials Manage the full cycle of virtual hiring events for both the hiring employer(s) and company Manage workshop and hiring event sign-up and sign-in process Track and report workshop and hiring event attendance Create monthly job center event calendar Manage operation needs of internal partner meetings Coordinate workshops with program and community partners as needed Recommend workshop content, including improvement(s) in content needed Participate in workshop content development as needed Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops Provide administrative support Enter activities into the assigned system(s) Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate degree in human services, social services, education, or related field. An equivalent combination of acceptable related experience and training may be substituted Demonstrate ability to train and facilitate in a group setting Must have experience using videoconferencing systems (i.e., WebEx, Zoom, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills Must have valid driver's license in good standing and automobile insurance Strong computer skills using Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), social media, and web search techniques Bilingual is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
