TEKsystems Exchange Engineer in Greenville, South Carolina
Description:
Our client is adding an Exchange engineer to their team. This role will spend about 60% of the time working on L3 tickets and the other 40% of their time on new projects. Projects include Autopilot set up and Intune clean up. Experience working remotely and overcommunicating project status is preferred. This person will join a team of 6 engineers, 5 of whom are also 100% remote.

Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Monitor the performance level of servers, software, and hardware to meet company expectations for operational efficiency
Manage back-up solutions for infrastructure and data centers
Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
Build, decommission, and set-up servers, cloud devices, and network infrastructure
Administer Office 365 and Exchange Online including: Licensing, mail flow, and mailbox compliance
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
