Description We are looking for a diligent and customer-focused individual to fill the role of a Customer Service Representative based in Greenville, South Carolina. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and providing high-level customer support in a call center environment. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.

• Providing top-tier call center customer service to all clients.

• Managing customer accounts effectively, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

• Entering relevant data accurately and efficiently.

• Corresponding with customers through email, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls, adhering to company's standards.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and communication purposes.

• Processing order entries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Scheduling appointments as necessary.

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively resolve customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Proficient in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry, with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure
