GREENFIELD CAREER SERVICES COUNSELOR/DISABILITIES SERVICES COUNSELOR PLEASE SUBMIT A COVER LETTER WITH YOUR RESUME The MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Center\'s Career Counselor for Disabilities Services provides career counseling and support to customers including needs assessment, career exploration, labor market research, program and service eligibility, career action plans, case management and follow up support, job referral and matching. This Counselor position delivers Career Center Disability Services including enrollment and case management for the Social Security Ticket to Work program. Builds effective community partnerships that leverage public and private resources to better serve individuals with disabilities and improve employment outcomes. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited college in related field of study is preferred. Each year of related experience may be substituted for one year of educational requirement. Experience in employment, vocational, educational counseling/advising or job coaching and assessment working with and advocating for people with disabilities. Familiarity with various State, Federal, and Local disabilities service programs. Full-time position (37.5 hrs/wk), primarily in-person at Greenfield work site with option to work one day/week remote. Starting salary is \$24.58/hr, and \$24.98/hr after a 90-day training period, with annual step increases thereafter; benefits include health insurance, employee assistance program, flexible spending account, life insurance, retirement plan and generous holiday, personal, sick and vacation time.
