Job Description
As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly by diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns as they occur. You will prioritize safety, minimize downtime, and optimize production efficiency. Your responsibilities will include performing scheduled maintenance tasks, replacing or repairingdefective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors, and identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines. Additionally,
you'll collaborate with team members to analyze and solve complex technicalrepairs, calibrate and align machinery, and document all maintenance and repairs performed. You will spend approximately 85% of your time addressing machine calls/breakdowns and 15% performing predictive maintenance.
