Position Overview: We are seeking self-motivated and experienced Per Diem Nurses (RN/LPN) to join our facility staffing team. This role involves working at various local facilities, including assisted living, nursing homes, detox centers, rehab centers, and child facilities, to provide care when they are short-staffed. As a per diem nurse, you will enjoy the flexibility of accepting or declining shifts based on your availability and preferences. Responsibilities: * Provide nursing care to multiple patients at various facilities, including assisted living, nursing homes, detox centers, rehab centers, and child facilities. * Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and provide treatments according to facility protocols. * Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with facility staff. * Monitor patients' health status and respond to changes in condition. * Document care provided and communicate effectively with facility staff. * Adapt quickly to different facility environments and protocols with minimal orientation. * Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients. Qualifications: * Current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida. * Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a facility setting. * Ability to quickly adapt to different facility environments and protocols. * Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage multiple patients. * Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities. * Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
