TRI-CITY GLASS & DOOR Service Coordinator in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Service Coordinator will maintain and complete schedules to provide customers with service on aluminum and hollow metal entrances as well as automatic entrances and handicap operators. Provide accurate quotes and maintain customer relations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include the following: Required to wear and use Personal Protective Equipment per Tri City Glass & Door and contractor policies. Efficiently provide accurate quotes for service to customers. Takes all incoming service calls, including emergency service calls and glass replacements. Directs the correct service request to the appropriate department, including automatic entrances and handicap operators. Tracks all incoming service calls through completion, throughout all departments. Coordinates with the sales team, to measure projects as needed. Maintaining and building customer relationships, providing above average customer service. Daily updates to the weekly work schedule. Keeping in constant contact with customers regarding service, scheduling, and confirmation of deliveries. Ordering and allocating parts that are non-stock for service work. Creating and maintain work orders and invoices efficiently. Occasional travel to jobsites to assist in measuring or work verifications. Daily verification of timecards. Communicate daily end of day work orders to Project Managers/Auto Coordinator as needed. All other duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of commercial aluminum and hollow metal service and products as well as automatic entrances and handicap operators. Proficiency using Word, Excel, and all available software programs as needed. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid Driver\'s License.
