Job Summary This position works under the direction of Employee Health (EH) / Infection Prevention (IP) Registered Nurses (RN) by providing administrative and clinical support to successfully manage Prevea Health employees and promote the occupational health, safety, and wellness of all Prevea Health personnel through surveillance, identification, reporting, education, and review of all issues related to illness / disease detection, prevention, and treatment in accordance with organizational policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations. What you will do * Chart prep for physicals and review after physicals-enter all vaccine/immunity history, test results, fit test records, etc. into applicable place (Systoc, Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR), spreadsheets, etc.) * Uses templates to email lab results and lab orders to employees as delegated by RN (per protocol) * Manage locum, contracted, and resident health requirements * Conducts annual site audits, responding to/educating regarding deficiencies and maintaining records * Under the direction of a RN, assist with management of Prevea\'s Respiratory Protection Program and Hazardous Medication Employee Surveillance Program * Assist with employee vaccine (i.e., Influenza, COVID, etc.) process planning: work with clinical departments to facilitate site-based clinics, schedule employee flu vaccine clinics for non-clinical sites and reserve conference room, enter vaccines into WIR * Prepares and administers immunizations as delegated by RN (per protocol) and completes required documentation timely and accurately * Attends and actively participates in department and other required meetings and is accountable for all information shared Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) Qualifications * Graduation from an accredited program for Medical Assistants Required * 1-3 years Medical Assistant experience Preferred * 1-3 years experience in Employee/Occupational Health preferred Preferred * Certified as a Medical Assistant from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), or Registered as a Medical Assistant (RMA) from the American Medical Technologists (AMT); Required * CPR/Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from an approved program within 30 Days of hire Required Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications * Graduation from an accredited school of...
