Job Title: Patient Appointment Scheduler
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Appointment Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for patients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for patients in person, over the phone, or through email
Confirm appointments with patients and provide necessary information
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure that patient needs are met
Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
Follow up with patients to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer systems and software
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
