salary: $56,000 - $84,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing and 2 years of related experience in a leadership role.
Experience working with HR to effectively manage employees in the areas of training, 1:1's, hiring, terminations, and performance improvement.
ERP experience, knowledge in IFS a plus.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Written and verbal communication skills.
Possess leadership characteristics.
Able to multi-task and react in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work under pressure and be consistent in following procedures while still being flexible.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
The essential functions of this role include:
