IT Systems & Network Administrator
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Network Administrator to design, implement, and help maintain the core infrastructure that supports our organization's technology needs. This individual will be responsible for collaborating and ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems, including assisting with servers, networks, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.

What you will do:
- Assist in design, implementation, and maintaining of our IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking equipment, storage, and cloud solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Assist with optimization of enterprise network security, firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Oversee infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
- Collaborate with IT team to implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring regular testing and updates.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and security standards. Specifically, CMMC level II requirements.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers to manage hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Document configurations, procedures, and system changes to maintain an updated knowledge base.
Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams as needed.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Strong expertise in Windows and Linux server environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar.
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions, particularly Veeam, and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
What's a bonus we'd like to see:
Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are a plus but not required.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management principles.
Familiarity with SIEM tools
