Insight Global Licensing Specialist in Goodlettsville, Tennessee

Job Description

Our client, located in Goodlettsville, TN is looking for a Licensing Specialist to join their compliance team to assist with delinquent record cleanup, focusing in on a single channel for their retail stores. You will be expected to utilize their licensing software to identify where there is potential delinquent license liability, contact the respective jurisdiction (either by phone, email, or both), request and receive the necessary application documents for submittal of the renewal, complete the application and finally, process payment. Generally, these payments will be processed via a check request submitted to our AP department but may include online payment with a company issued credit card. In the rare instances where a card is needed, you will need to work with the leadership team to submit payment. You are expected to be highly organized, as you will be keeping track of your progress to share your challenges & successes to your leader. Additionally, you need to be results driven and comfortable with direct communication with state and local governments. This role is a contract hybrid role, and requires you to be onsite 3 days a week.

Skills and Requirements

2-4 years of corporate background in legal administration, business operations, contracting, or licensing work

Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Great phone presence Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree null
