The Leader will work collaboratively across Resideo's Global functions to play a key role in leading our integrated ESG strategy, driving and monitoring progress on defined sustainability objectives, communicating our accomplishments to stakeholders and building an awareness and culture of sustainability within Resideo.Job Duties:The Global Sustainability Leader will have responsibility for collecting, analyzing and reporting for Resideo's Products & Solutions, Corporate and ADI Business units. The Leader will maintain the ESG dashboard for tracking and reporting progress against objectives; prepare regular updates for the Executive team and Board of Directors on ESG trends, priorities and initiatives. The Leader will be accountable to measure, monitor and report progress against Resideo's Environmental Sustainability strategies, objectives and performance targets, while offering their expertise and serve as a resource for internal partners for ESG reporting and broader communications needs and opportunities.You will lead an integrated and coordinated Corporate Sustainability program, with objectives designed to drive business results, achieve sustainability strategies and enhance the Company's reputation on environmental and sustainability issues. You will partner cross functionally through close collaboration with the Company's internal functions (including Investor Relations, Engineering, ISC, Human Resources, EHS, Legal, and Communications) in support of our sustainability vision to drive innovation in product development, supply chain and operations through research and evaluation of evolving ESG trends, Best Practices and legislation, with a global perspective. You will provide active input and updates on Policy recommendations.You Must Haves:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in Environmental Studies12 Years of relevant experience in related fields.A minimum of 3 years of experience related to the collection, analyzing and reporting of Sustainability effortsCurrent and clear understanding of broad ESG issues, and some familiarity with standards relating to EPA/Energy Star, recycling and water stewardship.Working knowledge of CDP, GRI, IIRC, SASB, (CDP, the Climate Disclosure Standards Board (CDSB), the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB)) and other broadly recognized reporting standards and frameworks.Travel - 15 % of time.We Value:Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and planning skills; ability to handle a variety of complex matters under deadline pressure.Team player with the ability to work independently as a self-starter and equal strengths as a cross functional influencer and advocateExcellent written and oral communication; ability to communicate complex circumstances and issues and provide clear, concise and supported recommendations.Team-oriented, able to form strong working relationships and work cross-functionally to drive results.Strategic, creative, practical and open-minded thinking with excellent business judgment and a focus on business outcomes.High personal standards of excellence and sound judgment.High degree of intellectual curiosity; flexibility and motivation to learn new content, consider new resources and innovate.What's in it for you:Enjoy work-life balance with unlimited vacation.Immediate eligibility for 401K.The typical base salary for this role, ranges from USD $154,887 to $269,461 per year but varies by specific work location. For example, the base salary for this role in Melville, NY is $178,120 to $309,880 per year. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.This role is eligible to participate in the Resideo Bonus Plan (RBP) subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. You can earn an annual bonus of15%of your annual salary. This percent will be prorated based on your hire date.
