Actalent Quality Engineer in Glendora, California
Description:
Contract-Hire opportunity for a Quality Engineer (2-5 years) to support growing quality team and upcoming audit.
The Quality Engineer is an integral role in the company’s success and is responsible for quality planning and continuous improvement by working closely with manufacturing, suppliers and the design team to and improve product quality and the overall quality system.
Conducts internal and external vendor audits
Develops, leads, and coordinates corrective and preventative action plans
Develops, executes, and analyzes quality-reporting measures.
Skills:
capa, root cause analysis, NCR, Audit, iso 9001, iso 13485, QMS, audit analysis, Written Reports, statistical analysis, validation, asq certified
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Engineering Degree preferred (Bachelors or Associates)
open to associates but with a ton of industry experience (5+ years/certification)
Collaborates with the team
Open to ideas and suggestions
Ability to have Deep conversations (asking for help when needed)
Experience with Audits
Statistical analysis
Microbio Test familiarity
Validation experience = BEST vs average
experience in regulated market
