As a Summer Customer Service Sales Associate, you'll play a big part in our sales team, talking to customers, suggesting products, and making sure they're happy. You'll also help with tasks like working the cash register, organizing products, and solving any problems customers have, whether in person or on the phone.

Responsibilities: • Talk to customers and engage with them. • Help connect our company with customers and share information quickly. • Learn what we sell and tell customers about it. • Give prices and take orders accurately and quickly. • Answer questions and solve problems for customers. • Listen to and help both customers and employees when they have concerns. • Assist with organizing payments and keeping track of them. • Keep the store clean and help manage the products we have. • Use the cash register and help customers pay for products. • Answer phone calls and help customers with their requests. • Collect information from customers to help with their needs.
