Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description -
Join our maintenance team where you will focus on machine installations, setup of highly automated equipment including controls, automation, and electrical systems. Responsibilities include overseeing new equipment installation, modification, and repair to ensure machines function according to
specifications. You will perform troubleshooting, investigate equipment failures, and provide solutions to enhance production efficiency. Additionally,
you will conduct preventative maintenance, calibration, and ensure all equipment meets necessary specifications and tolerances.
Hard Skills -
Experience in Industrial Maintenance with emphasis on electrical controls
Intermediate knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, and vision controls
Intermediate knowledge of Electrical Theory for AC/DC circuits, Motor Controls (VFD, Servo)
Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Soft Skills -

Work Environment -
The role is based in a new construction, clean, and climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Initially, the work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Will eventually move to a 24x7 schedule on a 3-2-2 pattern with 12-hour shifts, including a day shift and a night shift. The facility will not require shift rotations for hourly workers.
