ASM Global Sr. Manager Premium Service and Activation in Glendale, Arizona

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Premium Service & Activation will oversee a year-round business development platform to aggressively serve Premium clientele. This position will also serve as the point of contact for Desert Diamond Arena Premium members, delivering high level customer service and communication to these clients. This position will be critical in strengthening Premium member relationships and achieving departmental success. This position works very closely with both the Ticketing Office and the Corporate Partnerships department to develop and execute client engagement experiences to impactfully enhance retention, new business acquisition and overall revenue optimization objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the fulfillment and service of Suite Tickets and other Premium assets

  • Prepare contracts and proposals for potential Premium clients including Loge Box Members and other Suites Holders .

  • Comply with all departmental CRM/SalesForce guidelines to ensure information is accurate, all deliverables are tracked and fulfilled, and account information is up to date at all times

  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities for sales personnel

  • Create and maintain a database of customer profiles to deliver on customer preferences and individual needs

  • Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships, Marketing, & Guest Services departments to deliver high value-additive experiences to Premium clients which may include: exclusive client events, private client functions, gifts, or other Desert Diamond Arena events

  • Manage relationship between our clients and current F&B Service in regard to all facets of Premium Services

  • Manage and lead special projects creating, presenting and executing a strong strategic vision

  • Analyze and execute new initiatives based on an understanding of industry and market trends

  • Seek opportunities to connect with clients to build effective and meaningful relationships with principals and administrators.

  • Assist in planning and executing all Premium client events and functions which may include: Suite Tasting, Suite Administrator Party, Trips, and other special receptions or events.

  • Partner with the Executive Director Premium Sales and Director of Premium Sales to develop integrated inventory management plans to maximize sales and revenue opportunities for all premium products.

  • Work closely with other business units to create synergy and promote total integration within the arena and surrounding property

  • Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations

  • Collaborate with Premium Sales Directors on the relationship management of accounts

  • Generate and properly distribute electronic and hard copies of proposal presentations and information to clients or arena personnel

  • Develop and deliver components of sales presentations in a professional and effective manner when needed

  • Participate in Premium team meetings, provide agenda items to discuss, generate meeting minutes and provide meeting communication updates to all parties involved

  • Assist with the generation and organization of content for the Premium client newsletter

  • Responsible for tracking all invoices and expenses against budget

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business, marketing or related field required

  • Previous experience managing premium suites for a team or a building a plus

  • Previous Marketing experience not required but a plus

  • Experience creating effective sales proposals and working with client accounts within a sales environment a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to connect with, and relate to all levels of staff, management, clients, and vendors

  • Adequate knowledge of SalesForce, Archtics, Microsoft Office and of web tools and software being used

  • Must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Ability keep sensitive information confidential

  • Ability to maintain professionalism when communicating with internal and external contacts

  • Must be accurate and efficient with ability to meet deadlines

  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • The ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and develop solutions quickly and effectively

  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule to meet departmental demands

  • Ability to create, update and edit premium partnership proposals and contracts
