CHARLES EVANS CENTER, INC. (CEC) is a leading not-for-profit providing comprehensive medical, dental and mental health services in Nassau County. We provide care with excellence and compassion to historically underserved community members including those with autism, learning and developmental disabilities, chemical dependency and behavioral health concerns.

The Charles Evans Center (CEC) seeks a CCBHC Case Management Psych Rehab Worker (PRC) to assist individuals with mental illness to reach a higher level of independence. Services which are provided are individualized and based upon a detailed needs assessment which is conducted on each consumer. The PRC provides support with accessing and coordinating benefits, services and community-based resources. The client receives assistance with learning and developing improved daily living skills (i.e. personal hygiene, organizational skills, time management skills, nutrition, and money management), as well as working towards achieving healthy coping mechanisms.

We require:

• Associate degree and two (2) years of experience in the human services field; or bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience in the human services field.

• Clean and valid NYS driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple locations throughout Long Island on a daily basis.

• Bilingual Spanish required.

• Previous experience in the Mental Health field.
