Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire an Electronic Security Technician o support a very large IT integration client out of the DMV area. The day-to-day of this position will include showing up to the assigned project location (company vehicle not included), checking in with the Lead Technician on the project, receiving daily duties including wiring diagrams and blueprints, and completing the tasks given. Responsibilities include installing, terminating, programming and optimizing the cabling, associated devices, computers, digital technology, and commercial off-the-shelf technology as required by the scope and design.

Skills and Requirements
- 1+ years of electronic security install experience
o Widget install, knowledge of wire color coding, IP cameras, mounting cameras, CCTV, routing cables, terminate cables, dress closures, IP Access Control, Burglar alarm systems, etc.
o Card access control, closed circuit video systems, intrusion systems, wireless, copper, fiber, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- OSHA 10 or 30 training
- MSP or DCJS license
- Microsoft Office/Excel experience - Experience with product lines such as Genetec, DMP, Mercury hardware, DSX, AMAG
- Formal Electronic Security training null
