Philips Project Manager Advanced Vizualisation in Germany - Remote Based, Germany

This position gives you the opportunity to manage the deployment and customer satisfaction of IT solutions such as Advanced visualization (AV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for radiology, offered by the Philips Health IT division. These information management solutions help medical teams to better take care of millions of patients.

Your main tasks are to

  • Coordinate and lead AV/AI solution deployment projects within hospitals according to guidelines, in order to achieve objectives and meet customer expectations.

  • Manage change and adoption of new Philips software after deployment.

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgetary requirements specified in the project.

  • Participate in the pre-sales technical study of the project to define the Deployment Plan and estimate the costs related to the deployment.

  • Review customer feedback to make recommendations for engineering changes, if any.

  • Participate in project retrospectives to determine areas for future improvement.

You are part of

The Enterprise Informatics Operation team, you join a dedicated Clinical informatics team of project managers, and you work closely with the teams of technical and application consultants and interact with the sales teams.

You interact with healthcare professionals mainly in Radiology as well as with hospital IT departments to integrate our AV/AI solution into the hospital clinical workflow.

This role will require travel through Nordics and some EMEA countries -

30% travel to be expected.

Your strengths to succeed in this position.

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Engineering degree in Computer Science,

  • Demonstrated success in project management,

  • Min 2 years of experience in IT project management and change management (ideally in a hospital setting),

  • Knowledge of hospital networks and project management software is a plus,

  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, strength of conviction and training,

  • Strong client, solution and result orientation,

  • Fluency English in addition to Swedish or Danish is mandatory. Good command of German would be a strong advantage.
