Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience in handling hand and power tools, making precise measurements, setting up equipment, making adjustments, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates with backgrounds in paper, molding, or plastic injection are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery efficiently and safely.
Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks.
Measure materials and components accurately.
Set up machines according to specifications.
Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 1 year of machine operating experience.
Experience in setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in paper, molding, or plastic injection.

Work Environment
Our facility operates three shifts: 6:30am-3pm, 2:30pm-11pm, and 10:30am-7am. Each shift comprises six production personnel and one operator. Starting pay is $18-$19 per hour with an increase to $21-$22 per hour upon permanent hire, and a top end rate of $26 per hour.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
