Insight Global Cleared Mobile Device Engineer in Germantown, Maryland
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a TS Mobile Device Engineer to sit hybrid in Germantown, MD once a week supporting their government customers. This individual will be responsible for aiding in the commissioning of 8,000 mobile devices and providing security for internal office devices and workstations. They will be hardening these devices with security certificates such as SSL Certs and utilizing InTune to monitor for any issues at the Tier 3 level. Some of the issues they will be responsible for include providing access to classified and unclassified applications, troubleshooting broken certs, and teaching the Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams how to resolve issues at their level. This individual will lead in the creation of test plans and reports with the ability to present their findings to the government customers and will aid in the provision of these devices to an enterprise mobile management system.

Skills and Requirements
- Active TS Clearance or DoE Q Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
- 10 years of IT experience (No degree and 14 years of experience)
o 3-5 years working with Mobile Devices
- Professional experience with Mac Mobile Devices
- Professional experience working with InTune to monitor mobile devices and applications
- In depth understanding of SSL Certifications and troubleshooting broken certifications
- Tier 3 troubleshooting experience
o Providing access to applications
o Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues on mobile devices
- Ability to configure security protocols to Prisma Access platform to adhere to government standards - Master's degree is applicable field
- Experience working with Android devices
- Ability to train up Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams on issues and resolutions
- Experience working with Prisma Access platform or End Point Security experience
