Assembly Worker
Join our team as an Assembly Worker in an industrial manufacturing environment. You'll use various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery to perform assembly tasks in a team setting. You'll follow Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans. Depending on your experience, you may also perform electrical assembly and soldering. Responsibilities include testing bearings using thread rolls and assembling actuators with small hand or power tools.
Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks according to Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans.
Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery in a team setting.
Test bearings by running them through thread rolls.
Assemble actuators using small hand or power tools.
Handle products weighing 30+ lbs or under.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance.
Ability to use hand and power tools.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, temperature-controlled, well-lit environment with about 2-3 people in each cell.
The first shift runs from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Second Shift is 3:30 pm to 12 am
Training for 2nd candidates will take place over two weeks on the first shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
