Minimum Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program
Current New York RN License
2-3 years clinical experience
Must have excellent counseling, communication and organizational abilities.
PC literate with data entry accuracy.
Must be able to work at multiple sites as needed.
Preferred Previous experience with Public Health and Infection Prevention, adult immunization and adult health promotion and Employee Health/Wellness, Workers' Compensation and/or Return to Work Programs
Position Summary The Employee Health RN, coordinates the health and screenings of URMC Finger Lakes Health employees or volunteers. This role involves administering immunizations and medications, maintaining employee or volunteer health files, supplying first aid care to employee injury or illness, and providing training and education to comply with regulatory requirements. The Employee Health RN participates with wellness and return to work programs. This position is also responsible for the exposure control plan for blood-borne pathogens.
Salary Range: $38.90-$44.61
