Remedy Intelligent Staffing General Laborer in Geneva, New York
Great opportunity to get into a local leading company in the Geneva area!
Looking for a production worker to work in their offline cutting department.
Candidates must be comfortable with a rotating/swing 12-hour shift. Shift: Other: 12 hour shift, rotates from night to day monthly. 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off. 3 days off when transitioning from nights to days / days to nights. (Per the schedule sent).
Pay rate: $19.00/hour
POSITION DETAILS: Must maintain safe work environment by consistently wearing proper PPE, performing safe work behaviors. and by communicating any and all safety concerns to supervisor/shift manager. Maintains acceptable productivity levels based on product flow, supervisor feedback and customer needs. Must be able to measure, cut, and use of various mechanical tools accurately. Performs other functions as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to work as a team member and stand alone; being pleasant with others and displaying a good-natured attitude through working in a cooperative manner with fellow employees. Must have at least 6 months safe working record & reliable attendance history.

Smoke free facility: no smoking on site, but also no smoking on breaks, or in the parking lot/ personal vehicle.
Lifting requirements: need to be able to lift up to 50lbs.
