Your Role

Your Responsibilities
Over the course of our 2-year Management Trainee Program in Belgium and Luxembourg, you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of essential knowledge and skills, including:
In-depth understanding of various operations and logistic processes
Work floor experience
Advanced personal leadership skills such as self-awareness, effective communication, and collaboration
Project management expertise, including active participation, leadership, and timely delivery of assigned projects
Continuous Improvement/ Lean thinking knowledge
Comprehensive knowledge of our WMS (Warehouse systems) and technologies
Engineering, Automation and Innovation expertise, including analyses, investigation and designing logistic concepts and processes
You are supported by a mentor, project coaches and a buddy
The traineeship starts on 1st of September 2024
Your Skills and Experiences
A Master's degree in Economics, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar
About to graduate or have less than 2 years of working experience
A born communicator, with an analytical mindset
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
Willing to work flexible hours and to be mobile between KN sites
MS Excel proficient
