Compliance Specialist applies to the Industrial Fire Poland team, whose portfolio includes fire and gas detection systems for any application on land, at sea and in petrochemical oil, and gas industry intended for the Global markets.

The position is part of the international Compliance team (Global), which deals with the compliance of fire and gas detection products.

The team is responsible for maintaining compliance of products in the portfolio, certifying new products and analyzing changes in regulations regarding these products.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining compliance of fire detection products and systems for industrial and marine markets.

  • Working with certification agencies to provide product certifications and maintain existing certificates.

  • Creation, analysis and maintenance of technical documentation, declarations of conformity, test reports etc.

  • Working within a team setting to execute routine but complex analysis.

  • Analyzing changes in the products and regulations.

  • Provide timely and appropriate resolutions to escalations of functions supported.

Role Purpose:

  • Keeping product portfolio compliant with all applicable regulations and standards.

  • Plan in cooperation with the manager to manage workload and projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of English (speaking and writing)

  • Detail-oriented, intuitive and sticklers for doing it right the first time.

  • Able to demonstrate their ability to succeed in a complex engineering environment.

  • Highly analytical and avoid problem solvers who “speak with data” and are openly willing to learn and share knowledge to advance the team effectiveness.

  • Able to review and understand interdisciplinary technical documentation.
