Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Quality Lead for a direct placement opportunity, offering a competitive salary range of $65k/year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the work of associates to ensure the production of quality products. This includes inspecting, testing, and analyzing the quality of products and processes, alongside managing customer quality requirements. The role also involves driving continuous improvement within the Quality department, focusing on increasing efficiency and eliminating variation in manufacturing processes. The position is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts.
