DESCRIPTION OF WORK The position entails carrying out manual labor for construction and maintenance projects related to buildings, grounds, or public works. Tasks may be performed independently, assisting a skilled trades worker, or leading a small crew of manual workers. Duties include utilizing a range of construction, grounds keeping, and maintenance equipment, often applying skills learned on the job. Minor repairs, routine grounds keeping, and custodial responsibilities are completed independently and reviewed afterward. Advanced construction or repair tasks are conducted under the guidance of a skilled trades worker or supervisor.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

This is a seasonal, full-time position without benefits Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch, scheduled days will vary based on operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
