Associate's degree or equivalent; 1 year of related experience.
Job Description:
To provide coordination of all phases and activities associated with special university or community programs.
Job Duties:
Schedule and coordinate TCHATT appointments in EPIC.
Educate patients and their responsible parties about the TCHATT appointment policies and guidelines.
Arrive patients and prepare their EPIC charts for the visit.
Preregister patients as required; verify patient demographics and update information as needed to ensure accuracy.
Facilitate physicians’ consultation requests for accurate future appointment scheduling.
Scan patient records into data management systems.
Assist with troubleshooting for patients and clinicians.
Analyze patient concerns and determine the best course of action for resolution.
Answer TCHATT calls while multitasking to schedule appointments and assist callers with their needs.
Ensure all calls are documented and routed appropriately in the EPIC system.
Complete reminder calls for patients scheduled for the next business day.
Generate school excuses for TCHATT patients and route them accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Show the ability to work independently.
Complete other program duties as assigned.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
