Job Overview
The Market & Competitive Research Analyst position will focus on the collection, synthesis, distribution, and usability of intelligence gathered on iCIMS competitors and the market trends that affect the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities
Collect and coordinate competitive intelligence from across the market, inclusive of product capabilities, messaging and sales & marketing tactics.
· Serve as company coordinator for competitive intelligence collected by Sales, Customer Success, Product Management and other teams.
· Create reports and analyses based on information, including win/lost analysis
· Manage online reviews (e.g. G2, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, etc.), including programs to encourage new reviews plus analytics and reporting. Add reviews where we can identify customer to Gainsight as engagement.
· Coordinate and/or prepare presentations and summary reports for review with other functional areas and/or executive management.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in Program Management, Marketing, or similar role
· Must be detailed-oriented and able to apply critical thinking quickly and effectively
· Be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Capable of identifying actionable, relevant business insights from analytics
· Must be a driven and self-motivated individual—a strategic thinker who will bring a structured approach to analysis
· Knowledge of Gainsight preferred
