Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing electrical projects within the industrial and pharmaceutical sectors. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the industrial and pharmaceutical sectors.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
NC Unlimited Electrical License is a plus.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Work Environment
On-site at projects local to the triangle area.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
